Membership Information & Application Form

WHY JOIN CLPO? Membership is $35 annually. Membership reminders are sent to all lake residents in January, or you may download the form here (see pdf below). Your membership dues enable the Association to maintain the quality of the lake and make living on Clear Lake a joyful experience.

Your Clear Lake Property Owners, Inc. Lake Association provides the following benefits:

 

  • Assigns Lakeshore Captain Representatives to each area of the lake to report back to the board any of your concerns.

  • Maintains and secures additional historical records concerning the lake.

  • Sends a representative to the Meeker County Association of Lakes.

  • Sends a representative to the District Clearwater Lake Shed meetings.

  • Keeps in contact with the County Commissioner to keep members apprised of upcoming projects that may be planned.

  • Provides a volunteer for the Co-operative Lakes Monitoring Program to maintain our water quality.

  • Arranges yearly to have the lake inspected for invasive plants and arranges treatment of the plants such as Curly-leaf Pondweed and Eurasian Water Milfoil.


As you can see the Clear Lake Property Owners, Inc. Association is involved in many activities to help maintain the quality of the lake now and in the future. Please do your part by joining us with your membership!
